Molletes de Chorizo
Molletes are a classic Mexican breakfast, although it can also work quite well for dinner, especially when you want to prepare something quickly.
PREPARATION TIME: 15 min.
SERVING: for 4-5 people.
INGREDIENTS
- House Chorizo
- Pico de Gallo
- Oaxaca Cheese
- Mad Mexican Two-way Jalapeño bean dip
- Bread rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oven to 375° F.
- Boil water and place chorizo bag in pot for 7- 12 min.
- While chorizo is heating up, cut buns in half and spread the bean dip.
- Take chorizo out of pot and package and place it on top of the buns.
- Add Oaxaca cheese and place in oven for 5 minutes.
- Finally add Pico de Gallo, serve and enjoy!
