Flat iron steak—also known as a top-blade steak, top blade filet, and shoulder top-blade steak—is cut from the shoulder of the cow (called the chuck) and is nicely marbled with lots of beefy flavours. We pre-season ours with Pasilla oil, salt, pepper, and julienned onions.
The ample amount of marbling creates an incredibly tender steak and flavoured steak. It is best when cooked on the grill and can be incorporated into various recipes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the product from the wrapper, warm the pan to medium heat and place two minutes per side.
